The painting DAFFODIL GOLDEN HARVEST is being reproduced with the permission of the artist.

Here is his comment:

"The daffodil, GOLDEN HARVEST, shown in this spring flower romantic picture are growing in John's garden in Dundee, in a large yellow drift underneath his apple trees. John has underplanted large areas of the garden with daffodil bulbs, tulips, crocus, snowdrops, lilies, gladioli, etc. This is one of numerous paintings of spring and summer flowers created by John from those growing in his large Scottish garden packed with a huge range of trees, shrubs, roses, flowers, fruit, tubs, baskets, and exotics. This oil painting of golden yellow spring flowers shows the heads nodding gently in a breeze after some April showers passed by and left a glorious sunny day.
This oil on board  is 45 x 55 cms. and is available framed at £675 plus delivery.
"

The daffodil painting has become very popular. The International Artist magazine are using it in a new book on painting flowers and gardens, and the American Journal of Nursing used it on the front cover of the March issue which has a circulation of 350,000, so it got a lot of exposure in America. It is published as a print. Please open   www.johnstoa.com/daffodilsprints.htm for details and price.
